UK Standard delivery - £5.55 

Next Day delivery (1-3 working days) £19.99 (This is due to all items being handmade to order)

Ireland - £15.99

Worldwide - £29.99

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Madebymolly has a no refund policy due to us being a handmade to order line. By placing an order through our website, email or social media account you confirm your agreement to our NO refund policy. 

We can however offer a one time exchange- The product must be unworn and in perfect condition which can then only be exchanged for another size/length of the same product. The item must be returned in its original condition within 7 days of receiving the item. .You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item

Please make us aware that you are exchanging your item/s as if we receive any items over the 7 day exchange period they will be sent back to the sender. 

 

SALE ITEMS

SALE items and items that are made specifically to your size using the measurements you have given(made to measure) and ALL bikini's are STRICTLY non returnable or exchangeable.

 

ORDERING PROCESS 

MADE BY MOLLY is a handmade to order clothing brand therefore items will only be made when the order is placed. Most items are only made to order but we do stock a very small amount depending on style and popularity so please ask if you need an in stock item. 

Due to the brand being a solo handmade business you can expect your items to be delivered within 7-14 working days but this may alter due to how busy we are.

If you need your item before this time frame then please email or direct message us on instagram @madeby_molly and we will try to work something out for you. You may need to pay for next day delivery at the checkout if your chosen date is very soon.

ALTERATIONS

As we are a handmade clothing brand we can make alterations to our garments specifically to fit YOU. i.e. length, size etc so please direct message us on Instagram @madeby_molly as we will help assist you.
